I could not resist taking a photo of these beautiful white eggplants. The skin looks pearly. My boyfriends Mom grew them.

Those white eggplants are beautiful! I have to admit, I've never seen white eggplants. Are they edible?

Yes... they are edible. They taste milder that the purple.
